On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we invite you to become a volunteer during the EASR Conference that will be held on September 4-8, 2023 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Volunteers will play an integral role in supporting EASR Conference 2023. They are key to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for delegates while assisting the hosts in delivering a professionally run event.
Volunteer roles:
Volunteers help coordinate programme activities, greet visiting delegates, assist with registration, assist presenters in the room, and perform other crucial tasks.
Volunteer benefits:
- Free in-person access to conference sessions when not on duty (unless your role is to assist presenters in conference rooms)
- Lunch / coffee each working day
- T-shirt
The EASR 2023 Organizing team will provide a training and information kit regarding specific duties before the event.
Preliminary training date: from 10:00 till 11:00 on September 4, 2023.
